1. I vacuumed a lot on Sunday. He hates the vacuum.
2. You need four catboxes if you have three cats. Yes, I know, it's- Stop. Stop screaming now. stop. you're hurting my ears. Ow.
3. Maybe the kitten needs to be snipped earlier than normal kittens, because he's had his mother's milk all to himself and he's had no competition for nutrients.
4. I would use a different kind of litter in each litterbox.
5. He needs a place to hang out where the kitten can't bother him.
