I expect he was hoping to scare her off - which would never work, of course, considering where she works and what she has to put up with on a daily basis. :-)
Thanks! So many people were saying 'she's just Cameron 2.0', but she's really not. I think the whole Huntingtons' subplot might have been a bad move so early (given that was what caused most people to make that assumption, I think) but I think she has more depth now than the earlier seasons of Cameron did. (Or maybe it's just because S1 Cameron was kind of crazymaking sometimes.)
