and now it's time to do updatey things
Child was sick over the weekend. Looks like a case of Too Much Swallowing Snot and Not Enough Nose Blowing. Child is absurdly better now, which is good, because that means child is at school. Winter break is next week. Gah. Pray for me. We hates school breaks, yes we do, precious. Hates them.
Spiffy new forearm crutches are due to be delivered tomorrow, with any luck.
Child is getting wart on finger removed tomorrow afternoon. If you hear screaming around 5:00 Pacific Time, that's probably what it is. Just go on about your day.
If I'm not careful I may actually start taking myself seriously. God knows what that could mean. Dogs and cats living together ... mass hysteria.
Am still attempting to write lesbian cyberpunk geishas, but this other thing is eating my brainz instead. (not that I dislike the other thing: on the contrary, I'm enjoying it, and it appears to be going well enough. but it's eating my brainz and I'm not always sure, what with the lack of sleep and everything, that I have many left to go around.) clawfoot's postcard fiction thing and valentines' gifts. goddamnit. Do not have enough time in day, School days need to last from 8 until 5 and then I can get More Shit Done without having to deal with a certain small high-needs child. I'm just saying, is all.
