1. Small Potatoes Urban Delivery. Brings in-season vegetables and fruit + groceries to your door (including fresh bread, etc.): they're also affiliated with places that do good quality heat-and-serve meals. A bit expensive sometimes but their selection is huge, the customer service is good and the products are lovely.
2. my automatically cleaning cat litter box. Works great. Again, a bit more expensive but worth it on the wear and tear on my back - plus the cats make fewer messes outside the box because it's always clean.
3. steam hard floor mop. We have child; we have cats. Therefore we have mess. This takes care of a surprising amount of mess with nothing more complicated than water; plus the microfiber pads are washable.
4. my baby leatherman. It lives on a carabeiner on my keychain (in case I have to remove it quickly to use it) and is ridiculously handy.
5. Black Phoenix Trading Post massage oils. They're all good, but the Ugh is especially amazing for sore muscles and bruises.
6. Moleskines. Classy, sturdy, well and thoughtfully constructed; come in all sizes and types of paper - storyboarding, watercolour, music, dayplanner, regular squared off paper, blank or lined and I know there's a bunch I've missed. Accept no substitutes.
7. delicious. Best bookmark organizing system ever hands down. Keeps them organized, lets you share with friends, and it's not-browser-specific. Also you don't have to worry about importing them if you get a new browser/computer/are on someone else's computer.
8. SIGG metal water bottles. These things stopped Seaners from drinking out of the cat dish, PLUS when they get knocked over they don't spill. They come in a million sizes, designs and colours, don't leak and are probably indestructable. I just bought Seaners a second one to take to school this year.
9. ReusableBags.com Any kind of reusable lunch making stuff/grocery bags/etc that you might need or want.
10. Alibris. Basically an internet portal for independent book/music/movie sellers. I've found some out of print things here for surprisingly cheap and everything's always in good condition.
