Argh. Love it when people won't listen to the *parent/caregiver* of said child. Just...blah.

I'm glad that something will happen now...and hopefully *next* time you bring something up, they'll listen. If not, mention this situation. Maybe it'll help. If not, maybe it'll at least help you feel a little better to bug them. *smile*
