• I have plastic on my head, and bleach. Soon there will be dye. Am I supposed to wait 24 hours before dyeing over the bleach? I can't remember, and of course, I can't find anything helpful online.
  
• Last night I found a SLUG (almost typed slut, which would have been interesting as well) in our bathroom, and proved myself to be A Giant Wuss by shrieking. I don't like creepy/slimy/icky things. I am a wuss. I can deal with child vomit, but not slugs.
  
• Amazon is now shipping pre-ordered copies of 'Law and Order: The Third Year". The one with the Jerry Orbach tribute. YES. Memorial Day is coming up. I foretell much Law and Order goodness.

• And for all the Canadians on my list, happy May 2-4 weekend. I tried to get it off as a religious holiday, but I don't think they'll buy it. ("How does this work?" "Well, we usually drink a lot and barbecue ... what? It's a pilgrimage.")
