insanity, or brainwave? Stay tuned ...

I'm going to make rice pudding, and my favorite rice pudding recipe calls for a good amount of milk, and the usual holidayesque spices ... so I thought to myself, 'why not put eggnog in for some of the milk and see what happens'? Not all the milk, that would make it ridiculously rich, but just some of it.

So in the spirit of experimentation ...
