A good read, although I would respectfully disagree with her 'nevers'. Yes, they will be true as long as she believes them to be impossible. But it is possible to do the work to come safely off the drugs.

My housemate is living proof of that. It's taken years, and the help of a great therapist, and a certain amount of pain and determination, but she's done it. Ymmv.
