Me: still in pain. Have recieved shipment from yarn club I totally forgot about - yarn to make washcloth and soap that matches the yarn. Theme is 'berry truffle'. Have a cat sitting behind me and a new pendant from my girl. Bad day for hand twitches. Managed to fill out valentine cards for child's class and friends. Feel vaguely stupid for forgetting names of children in Sean's class (there are only six of them and they've all been there for the past two years). Figured out that part of the reason I feel especially inept is because more sped parents are Very Involved with their children. I suppose some of this is by necessity, but I still feel inadequate. Going to Hothouse with adularia tomorrow. Have done practically nothing today due to pain and tiredness.

Seattle: weather is nice and somewhat mild. idiot throwing stuff off balcony above us. very disorienting to see things fall past window. gay shelf stocker at riteaid said my skirt was cute.

Cats: being lazy. they have new wheatgrass and new catnip bolsters. velvet seems to have finally figured out that i prefer her lying next to me rather than on top of me.

Child: apparently replicated previous potty success at school. is still growing despite my attempts to make him stop.

Spouse: still enjoys his job. having midyear career discussion tomorrow.

I love the siberian's hat! Actually, his whole ensemble is pretty neato, but that is one amazing hat.
