The good, the good, and the vaguely suck
Good news: Seaners does NOT have an allergy to chocolate, as far as we know. What he DID have was some apparently common to children thing called roseola which means basically super-high fever, viral infection, rash. It usually happens to kids around his age or younger, and is utterly nothing to worry about.
The other good: in February he was measured as being in the 5th or so percentile for weight. Now he's pretty solidly in the 50th percentile for weight. So the more protein and more snacks is all good. He's 34 pounds and 39 inches tall, I think they said.
The vaguely suck: Chris won't be leaving town this week, but he will be gone from Monday night to Saturday morning next week. Le BLEH.
