Dinner: mushroom and swiss veggie burger, tater tots, glass of stout
Dessert: Best cupcakes ever. The pumpkin spice one was truly awesome.
Gifts: pictures of baby seals, good wishes, boy-hugs, baby-smiles, and a very, very clean kitchen, the promise of some choice nuggets off my Powells wishlist tomorrow, and (my gift to myself) a few used books (Wicked, The Virgin Suicides, Middlesex, How Insensitive, and Garbage Delight).

Simple, but pretty good for twenty-nine years on this rock. It's a good day.
