What areas of the city have reasonably good transit? We're trying to narrow our search to places where the bus system doesn't suck too badly, because until they let tallin drive, getting a car isn't an option.

Anyone who knows of some good apartments available mid-April will earn my eternal gratitude. Or at least cookies. We've tried Craigslist and the other usual suspects, of course...

Note: All transit blows goats after 1:30am. It is great on weekdays. All routes go through downtown Seatte, so the closer to downtown (Metro bus tunnels) the better. Also, near any transit center is good.
