It's my birthday ...
and it's [livejournal.com profile] k4bidyke's birthday ... *hugs* Happy birthday to you!
and it's [livejournal.com profile] reannon's birthday .... *hugs* and a happy birthday to you!
And that's a bobidda.

Thanks to everyone who postied/sent me birthday wishes, and to [livejournal.com profile] reannon who sent me an e-card, and and and and and *overwhelmed bouncy asphixyated noises* *breathes*
There, that's better.
You would never know that I've actually only had four hours of sleep. The Boy was awake half the night again. To top this off I'm also getting a cold, and I'm probably not going to group today 'cause I'm probably contagious, and Chris is also getting the cold, and I still have this tooth thing going on, but it's my BIRTHDAY damnit and I'm still happy even with all that yucky stuff.

I'm twenty-seven. And I don't feel it.

In other news: the Philosophy birthday gift is Amazing Grace shampoo/bodywash. I see another order in my future before the end of the month. Mmmm. I have not opened The Box yet because Chris is still asleep.
I'm gonna go make coffee now.

And no, I'm not wearing green. I hate that. You'll just have to deal. So, um, yeah, coffee good.

My husband knows me so well. :-)

More DVDs...

  • Season one of Rocky and Bullwinkle
  • Looney Tunes Premiere Collection
  • Arsenic and Old Lace (Bully!)
  • Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

And a promise for lunch later when we don't all feel like ugh.

This is, of course, not the only thing ... but this is a PG-13 journal. ;-D

Thank you, [livejournal.com profile] kareila! :-)

*hugs to the lot of you* Seriously. For a birthday where I'm suffering from tooth pain and a cold, this is one of the best.
Got some books courtesy of the lovely [livejournal.com profile] kareila: Asleep by Banana Yoshimoto, The Vein of Gold by Julia Cameron, the Salmon of Doubt by Douglas Adams, and City of Glass by Douglas Coupland.
And we had dinner in: gnocchi from Sylvia's.
Had Big Family Nap Time™ this afternoon, and woke up to the happy sounds of my boy playing and a warm muzzy husband next to me. There's a brand new Law and Order on tonight, too.
Damn, I'm a lucky, lucky woman.

Quotes of the day:
"The last time I checked, stupid is not a defense to murder." - Jack McCoy
"Hey Miss Muffet, you've got your curds and whey on your head." - Rocky
