Second Childhood Ahoy
Mar. 26th, 2005 11:06 amSo last night we watched the Emperor's New Groove, and the night before we watched Lilo and Stitch. (Yesterday we also got hopelessly lost and walked half of the foothills of Mount Hood looking for the Japanese Garden, but that's another story.)
Logged into WebCT today only to find that my web classes are up for this term. The Music Fundamentals class is partly online (this explains why it's only two class hours per week and still 4 credits) and the British Comedy class is fully online. The British Comedy class is ALSO movies AND television AND literature, so I get to watch A Fish Called Wanda and the Life of Brian and call it education.
(I can hear my father spinning in his grave from here. :-D)
And in Music Fundamentals? I get to learn the recorder. 25% of my grade is based on learning the soprano recorder. (And simple sight reading. I already KNOW simple sight reading.)
Assuming I DO get into that intermediate fiction class, (and I have no reason to think I won't) this will be the FUNNEST QUARTER EVER. All this and photography and a bag of chips.
I'm gonna go play with my toys now.
