I have no use for a sore throat and swollen glands at this time. I realize that keeping me up at this hour is probably in some way enabling productivity, but I'd really prefer to sleep. Your methods, as usual, leave much to be desired.

I am requesting an RMA # for the above mentioned sore throat and swollen glands so that I may return them to you at my earliest convenience.

Dear FAFSA,

Your refusal to move into the 21st century is not endearing or cute. There are other browsers in the world now: we don't just use Netscape and IE. One of those browsers is the DEFAULT BROWSER on a Mac under OSX, which is what I happen to be using. Your refusal to work with Safari is nothing short of irrational.

In short, give me my damn money and get on the stick.
