Yesterday I watched the uncut version of Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet.

That took most of the afternoon. It was FOUR HOURS. But good, if you like Hamlet. After that my brain was pretty much entirely paste. (This was the one with Kate Winslet as Ophelia, and she was quite good. Kenneth Branagh looks weird with bleached hair at first, but you almost get used to it.)

Now: reading for film class/paper for film class/paper for English class/foo. The only saving grace is that the papers are short.

If I were into cosplay (which I don't know if I am, because I've never thought about it, although it would be an interesting thing to try someday if I should ever have even a half-assed good reason to) I'd almost have to go as Yukino Miyazawa, from His and Her Circumstances.

The resemblances (not physical ones) are a little scary. I'm thinking that's probably not a good thing, yeah?

Edit: Yeah, I suppose the icon was inevitable.
