Downtown was full of tourists, of course (if it's tourist season, why can't we shoot them?) Have successfully reconnoitered and purchased crumpets, various small groceries and birthday gift for party tomorrow. Whee. Discovered that the crumpet shop uses Red Leicester in their sandwiches (am putting that here for future reference.) Must purchase some.

tallin is trying to convince me to apply for an STE position (software test engineer). While I'm sure I could totally do it, my resume says otherwise (read: my resume sucks monkey balls - I have zero references and a two year degree in psychology, for God's sake) But I might try anyway. I like trying to break things. :-D

Started knitting my Big Lace Project (shawl in soy silk). Had to frog back, as I'm not sure if I'm screwing up the yarn-overs or not. Argh.
