Dear NBC,

QUIT SCREWING WITH THE TIMETABLE. Law and Order is supposed to be on Wednesdays, NOT Fridays (and what are you trying to do, kill it? That's the Slot of Death! Not that it's not going kind of downhill fast, but still). Law and Order: CI is supposed to be on SUNDAYS, not TUESDAYS. Now everything I want to watch is on Tuesday or Friday nights (until No Reservations premieres in January, anyway.)

STOP IT. PUT THINGS BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM.

corn-molasses muffins

Mix together dry ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Mix together wet ingredients:

1 egg, beaten
4 tblsp molasses
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
4 tblsp butter, melted
dash cinnamon

Add wet to dry. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
