excellent marketing from the pork board

No regrets.
(To be fair, I'm buying decently raised organic meat when I can (because most of the reason I got out of eating it was because factory farming disgusted me), and I have to wonder whether my total exhaustion of the past several months was a lack of protein.)
I'd love good meat recipes if you have them, because most of my cookbooks are veggie. :-) (Don't like turkey, am unsure about chicken but could be convinced. And considering where I live, maybe trying seafood would be a fun idea.)
