I love the idea of florescent light bulbs, but I prefer full spectrum bulbs. Is there such thing as a full spectrum florescent light bulb?

Unrelated story: I love my son, but the fact that he'll be at daycare all day and with the respite care provider this evening fills me with glee. It's wonderful not to be mom sometimes.
