it's ultrasonic!

Had therapy session today with shiny new PT. She is awesome and full of win, and thinks there are less invasive methods of pain management we should try before we go cutting into my spinal column. Which is perfectly fine by me. She's going to make the orthodist come to our next session so we can make the afo brace work better; she's using ultrasound on my screwed up ankle tendons (OMG. SO GOOD. Seriously. Works better than ANYTHING.) and on my knees.

In short, very, very pleased. <3
