the buddha works in mysterious ways

Playing with paints again today. The cat stepped in my palette (fortunately a space with no paint in it) and knocked the water container over, spilling it on everything including me.

this is a lesson in impermanence.

(cat in question was Velvet, for those concerned)

also: i got a wonderful card from hannah today, and it made me smile. i know that some of you are having utter shit days, and i'm sorry about that. i hope something small happens to make you smile too.
