These Scrabble tiles are very cool. :-D

(tallin and I occasionally play Scrabble, and we have our own house rules: geek words and Talphinia-patois (ie: words like 'bobidda', 'neepidda', etc.) are all acceptable. He got "iPaq" on a triple word score once.)

Speaking of El Programmador, (yes, I really do call him that - it's fun to shout, try it sometime.) he has a job interview this morning. Happy thoughts much appreciated. :-)

Other random news: I have a repeatedly strained ankle (and an appointment with an orthopedist next week, sigh, damnit, I hate PT as only one who was forced to walk up and down stairs that went nowhere can hate PT) and a potted gerbera. The gerbera is pink. The ankle is not.

Shortcuts for reaching a human in automated system hell. Obviously only a short list of companies, but a lot of big ones are on there, and main phone numbers, too. :-)

Something I forgot to mention earlier: the vision teacher actually EMAILED us last night - she got our email address (yes, we have a joint email address, as well as individual ones) from the previous vision teacher. Ten bonus points for her.
