Today: respite, which included lunch at Chipotle and dessert at the Haagen-Daas shop, and a stop by weaving works to pick up a crochet hook and a circular needle to try magic loop on, and a ball of deep violet coloured Rowan Kidsilk Haze which just leapt into my basket. Had panic attack due to swelling feet in shoes.

Seaners went to the park with the respite person.

Apartment mostly clean. Icing angry ankle tendon. Going to attempt to write for a while. Have appointment with respite agency (wish I didn't, as then I could nap.)
