Jan. 21st, 2009 05:42 pmAnde inspired (for the most part) a clickies post just by herself. There are many awesome things that she does and is (and I would probably say this if she weren't my girlfriend, but I am terribly biased because I am, and it's our anniversary today. *squee*)
german children elope to africa. As she said to me, at least when Sean gets outside he's not on a plane to Africa. Which is very true.
study links weight loss to positive visualization, yoga and meditation. And more: 'At the two-year mark, these women were the only ones to maintain the psychological and medical symptom improvements.' I have issues with dieting for reasons we have mentioned previously, but this whole article is awesome and healthy for anyone. Also volunteers with a 'weight-focused mindset' were more likely to lose interest in the study and drop out early. (health at any size lecture mode ON.)
